To conduct studies in accordance with national and international standards, to keep awake constantly the consciousness of raisingthe bar for value engineering market in Turkey, and to be in corporate attitute that will contribute to the formation of this value to be in practice, knowing the fact that in Turkey, especially in engineering works on all kinds of facilities and construction investment, the value/significance level is much more behind than this level in Europe and other developed countries, regardless of the field of activity (industrial plants, housing, hospitals, technological structure) in all processes of the project (feasibility, design, procurement, installation, commissioning).
