RK Yapı Mühendislik ensures the completion of the project undertaken by combining experiences with entrepreneurial skills in planned and organized manner; within time, budget and quality proposed by the employer.

In this context;

• Preparation of work schedules, in which job definitions are detailed,
• Updated monitoring the work schedules via MS Project,
• Providing good coordination within sub-processes of engineering, procurement, application, commissioning, which will interact with each other within the entire process,
• Providing coordination within the basic engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architectural) which will work within the project,
• Forming a contract related to the work after the start process of investment and monitoring it after work starts,
• Questioning the quality of material and installation works.
